Family photos should be more of an experience than just a photo session. My families can be ‘real’ in front of the camera and that means being in a place and situation they feel comfortable to just relax and play. That’s when those real smiles and moments come out. The ones that will make you smile every time you see them on your walls! Plan to interact with each other, walk, and play. I’m not a ‘Pose’, ‘CHEESE’ type of photographer! I’m a more in-the-moment kind of photographer.

For tips on what to wear check out this page, but mostly I think it’s most important for the momma to feel gorgeous than anyone else. So I tell mom to chose her outfit first and build from that. 😉
